Joining the lab
- Prospective PhD students
- Apply directly to Princeton ECE and mention Tom Silver in your application. There is no need to email ahead of time, although you are welcome to.
- Prospective postdocs
- We are not actively looking for postdocs right now, but reach out if you are interested.
- Current Princeton students
- If you are interested in doing research with us, email Tom with your CV, your transcript, and a short note about which part of our work interests you.
- Graduate students at other institutions
- You may be able to visit us through Princeton’s Visiting Student Research Collaborator program. Reach out if you are interested. We do not do remote internships.
- Everyone else
- Unfortunately, we cannot work with high school students, undergraduates at other institutions, or people looking for research assistantships, even self-funded ones. We apologize for not responding to emails about these.
